General

• Type: JA-113A-BASE-RB (bus-external siren basic module)

• Function: Basic unit for communication with the central unit and some internal functionalities such as tamper detection, can be combined with optional covers (covers) for acoustic and optical alarm display

• Connection: 12 V DC via BUS system (range 8-15 V) with average current consumption approx. 2.5 mA (standby) to max 450 mA

• Backup battery (optional, not included as standard): NiMH 4.8 V / 1,800 mAh (BAT-4V8-LH1800) with typical service life approx. 5 years. Low voltage detection < 4.6 V is supported

• Siren output: piezo element with ~100 dB at 1 m (suspension new battery)

Installation

• Mounting: use two screws via mounting holes, built-in spirit level for accurate alignment

• Bus connection: always mount with power off, route cable through designated opening and secure with clips

• Sabotage monitoring: sensor detects front cover opening - automatic calibration after mounting, closure must be complete to avoid error messages

Compatibility

• System compatibility: works with JABLOTRON 100 and 100+ PBXs such as JA-102K, JA-103K and JA-107K

• Cover required: the base unit comes without a cover; these must be purchased separately. Available Covers:
